Thanks Chris for stopping by and taking some photos, the galley now has a top with taps and I am able to make tea and toast, hopefully I will get some photographs of the inside as it stands now up here in the near future.  
 
The inside is now starting to look like a boat should. The electrics now work, lights and pumps are in (we do not yet have hot running water but this won't be far off then I will be able to use the bath).
